Geocache Description:


Who: All Geocachers in Southcentral AK at the moment of the event are invited

What:Welcome to the New Year Flashmob Event

When: 10:00am sharp

Where:The Listed Coordinates(Follow your GPS) or find my Truck Best access is Finger Lake Recreation area

Why: Get the New year off to a Great Start-


SPECIAL DOOR PRIZE DRAWING ON-SITE! Unactivated Trackable!

9:45 - 9:59AM Cachers: Wait patiently in your automobile or stroll around the area.


9:59AM make your way toward the event coordinates.

10:00AM exactly (as determined by your GPS clock) we will place an ammocan for log sheets near the coordinates. As you arrive, we'll hand you an official event "personal log sheet". Participants must sign the log sheets (which will later become the log book). To qualify for attendance, drop them in the designated ammo can (near the coordinates).

No "personal log sheet"? Your name will be removed from the 'attended' logs!

10:15AM we will gather and take a group photo.

10:20AM we will draw a name from the pool of log sheets for the title of First to Find and draw for the door prizes.

10:30AM exactly the log sheets will be packed up and sealed away. The event area will be evacuated without a trace.
