[ENG] If the world won’t end on December 21st, everyone is invited to meet up on 31/12/2012 at 11.00 PM in Viljandi. This simple event consists of three parts:
Arriving – you are free to choose your own individual way and companions for approaching Viljandi
Being – as the name suggests, we will just BE there on this wonderful night
Leaving – again, you are free to choose your own methods, you are only limited by the traffic laws and your own time limit
In addition to that we have two bonus events – The leaving of the Old and The arriving of the New, when we will wish one another a happy new year (at 00:00) and all the best. And of course for those too, who are not with us. So, five events in one event.
NB: This will not be an underice event, although the zero coordinates might suggest otherwise. The actual meeting place will be decided one week prior to the event, but will be within 2 kilometers of the given coordinates. Stay updated!

Having weighed different options I concluded that traditions do matter, both old and new ones. And if there are no traditions, they should be created
So – we will spend the New Year’s Eve on the Viiratsi Hill at coordinates

Just a get-together; if we have time then enjoy the view on Viljandi; if the weather is fine we’ll hopefully see one of the best fireworks of Estonia. Just having fun …
If possible bring a Chinese lantern that could be later released, carrying best wishes. Some warm drinks would also be helpful.
As traditions are important, a smart geocacher would find another tradition from history and behave according to it.

[EST] Kui maailm ei saa otsa 21. detsembriga, siis tuleme kokku 31. dets. 2012 kell 23.00 Viljandis.
Lihtsal sündmusel (igasuguste keerukamate limiidid on ju otsas) on kolm osa:
Tulemine- täiesti individuaalne lähenemine Viljandile, võimalik otse, ringiga või kaarega või muul moel- marsruut ja reisikaaslased igaühe enda valikul...
Olemine- nagu nimigi ütleb, lihtsalt ollakse, ollakse koos sel imelisel ööl...
Minemine- taas teostus igaühel omal valikul vastavalt kehtivale liiklusseadustikule ja kasutada olevale ajaressursile...
Kõige selle vahele mahub veel kaks sündmust- Vana Minemine ja Uue Tulemine, mil soovime kell 00.00 kõigile koosviibijaile kõike head ja paremat. Kõigile eemalviibijaile ka!
Seega- viis sündmust ühe täpiga! ;)
Logiraamat on avatud 1,5 tundi.
NB! Sündmus ei saa olema alljääüritus, kuigi null näitab Viljandi järve. Tegelik maapealne kohtumispaik selgub nädal enne üritust, kuid jääb kenasti 2km raadiusse nullpunktist. Jälgige infot!

Selgunud on sündmuse toimumispaik:
Olles vaaginud erinevaid asjaolusid, jõudsin arvamusele, et traditsioonid on ütlemata olulised. Nii uued kui ka vanad. Ja kui neid veel pole, siis tuleb nad ise luua.
Seega, aastavahetuse veedame taas Viiratsi mäel, koordinaatidel

Saame kokku, ajame juttu, kui mahti on, siis imetleme vaadet Viljandile, loodetavasti näeme soodsa ilma korral Eesti üht võimsamat ilutulestikku. Lihtsalt oleme...
Et luua ka ise natuke silmailu, siis võiks igaüks kaasa võtta ühe hiina laterna, mille parimate soovidega saaks taevasse lendama lasta...
Termos sooja joogiga poleks ka vist paha kaasa haarata.
Traditsioonid on olulised, seega võib nutikas geopeitur ajaloost leida veel ühe traditsiooni ja sellele vastavalt tegutseda... ;)
