Placed in honor of a great friend of mine who once owned the "NEW ORLEANS CAFE" on county line road.
This cache is in honor of my good friend Bill Willbanks. My good friends Bill and his brother Steve took over the New Orleans Cafe on County Line Road around 1997 (it's no longer there, now a parking lot for Tico's). They turned it into more of a bar than a restaurant, still offering good food. They really tuned it around into making money. Then it all seemed to stop when the BIG restaurants came in and the customers went away. Bill has since moved to Las Vagas after living in a house boat here and is doing well. Steve moved to LA and works for Disney World. Miss those guys, just a cache out to remember them....
