Your puzzle is to find the two intersections in the COUNTY that fit this description (not city streets). As a clue, one of them already has a cache so the container you are looking for is at the other Presidentially Numbered intersection. The container is a purple bison tube that is hanging from the top of a double faced sign. It hangs between the sign faces. It is on the Southwest corner.
For example, President Lincoln was the 16th President, however, there is no intersection of Lincoln St. and 16th Ave. nor is there an Adams St. and 3rd Ave intersection, nor a Washington St and 1st Ave.

This is Part A of the 2nd OC Curse of the FTF series. The FTF on the 3rd cache was shared by the Pucketts & GHBuccaneers so they both put out a new cache. I was cursed by the "This is Grose" curse cache placed by the Pucketts on Dec 2. It is my understanding that TomKat was cursed by the Curse cache placed by GHBuccaneers. So this cache I'm calling PART A because apparently the curse has been split.
