Geocache Description:

ENGLISH

"St. Ascension" church in Katina was built in 1841 Pottvarzhdenie about the donor's inscription is facing Drenao brothers and Wolf as donors of funds to build in. The two brothers Drenio and Valcho are considered the progenitors of the two biggest ever in today Katina . Neighborhoods today bear their names "Drenyovtsi" and "Valci."

And raising very likely done on the remains of the little old church, whose ruins can be seen today around the church tower.

The cache is located near the church, from where his great views of the village.

БЪЛГАРСКИ

Църквата “Св. Възнесение Господне” в с. Кътина е построена през 1841 г. Поттвърждение за това е ктиторския надпис сочещ братята Дренъо и Вълчо като дарители на средствата за построяването и. Двамата братя Дренъо и Вълчо са смятани за родоначалници на двата най-големи рода в Кътина днес. Кварталите и днес носят техните имена “Дреньовци” и “Вълци”.

Самото и издигане вероятно е направено върху останките на по-малък стар православен храм, чийто останки личат и днес около камбанарията на църквата.

Кешът е разположен в близост до църквата, а от мястото му се открива чудесен изглед към селото.
