Ok here it goes:
This is a multi-cache. There are two caches in this one. The
first is a small cache that gives you instructions on how to get
close to the second(main)cache which is normal sized.
The instruction sheets you find at the first cache are yours to
take, (you used to have to copy them down). I would appreciate if
finders of the cache can indicate when the stash of clue sheets are
running low so that I can refill them, but as a safety I have
permanantly marked the coords to the main cache on the 1st caches
container. On the clues section each letter above equals the letter
below. Please try not to let other trail users see the site.
This area is very hilly and there are rocks and roots in the
pathway in some parts, so please travel carefully, especially in
the winter months.
Park at N42 29.601, W88 11.939. Park along the road and do not
block the gate. This area is open until sunset.
After passing through the gate, turn immediately right and
follow the grass road to the south, southeast, and then east. When
you get to a sign at N42 29.467, W88 11.714 head south on the foot
path.
If this cache goes smoothly, it is about 3 miles roundtrip. You
will probably want to take a snack and water along.
All other details to the main cache are contained in the first
cache. After thinking about it, I did put one additional clue to
the main cache in the hints section.
GOOD LUCK, and email me if you think you have better coords. or
comments which may help.
Both the 1st cache and main cache
have been cleaned out and updated as of 11/4/06. There are enough
sheets in #1 to last another 2 years without maintenence. In
addition, the coords to the main cache are permanently marked on
cache #1. I will replace clue sheets when I can, but the cache can
always be found even without them, so please don't e-mail me
offering to adopt the cache. Please make sure to secure the plug
tightly on the 1st cache and please don't put junk into the main
cache. Please put them back exactly as
found.
Thanks,
TED
