The Red House is the name of my home brewery where I have been making a variety of hand-crafted home-brewed beers for over twenty years. One of my favorites is a Belgian Wit which is made with and 1 yeast starter of Belgian Wit Beer yeast, copius amounts of Wheat and Pilsner Malt (20 pounds), about 35 German Hallertauer Hop plugs, Coriander seed, and Orange Peel. A refreshingly crisp ale on a hot day and especially good when washing down a fresh batch of spicy crawfish!
