You can park at Weis Market or Honeygo Run Park for this one. If you park at Honeygo Run please use the foot bridge to cross the road. Honeygo can be a speedway at times. If in a wheelchair do it from Weis market as the curb is ramped there.
This one is a simple Guard Rail Cache. You will have to be a little stealthy if there are a lot of runners or walkers on Honeygo. This one is a big enough pill bottle for a pen.
