Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates but this is an easy Mystery Cache to solve and get a smile on your map in Afghanistan.

To find the cache you must know where to go for a little Morale, Welfare and Recreation. Once you find that area you should explore the library while drinking a cup of coffee. If you look in the right location you will find a container that may or may not contain a list of Geocaching Definitions.
You will need to be VERY muggle aware as there is almost always muggles present. The 3 in Difficulty is due to muggle activity, please protect the container from muggles. The workers know about and have approved the container.
