in our disclaimer.
Licky Hill lies between the N25 and Clashmore village. It is one of a network of hills surrounding Clashmore or Clais Mhor, thus the name which translates as The Big Trench.
The River Licky (home to a varity of wildlife, including otters and kingfishers, salmon and ravens) runs through the wooded valley below. Less than two miles further on, you arrive at the village.
The cache is a magnetic micro, and you can park up at the location - however, be careful crossing the road if travelling from the N25 direction as you are on a sharpish bend. In snowy weather, icy roads at the end of the hill demand that you exercise extreme care.
