We have thought this spot should have a cache ever since they fixed it up. The University is an important part of our town, and this spot is a nice entry to campus. It is a pretty little location to spend a bit of time.
The cache is not at these coordinates, but there you will find the answers you need. There may be parking along the street, but if not, there is a public garage about a block away. The final cache is at N 39 37.ABC W 079 57.DEF. The sign at this location will help you find the answers:
A=the number of letters in the last word on the sign-2.
B=the number of letters in the shortest line on the sign.
C=the number of letters in the first word on the sign x 2.
D=the number of degrees earned by the donators.
E=the number of letters in the campus that this location welcomes you to.
F=the number of letters in the last name of the couple who donated this place.
That should lead you to the location of this small cache that only holds a few small items. There is a WVU toothbrush for the FTF that is not IN the cache, but in the location.
