Geocache Description:

Microcache at Kirinomori. There are road station, hot spring, and cafe.

Kirinomori is known as Kirinomori Daifuku (霧の森大福). At their store in Matsuyama city (at Ropeway street), Kirinomori Daifuku sold out before noon. If you can visit here, rather easy to taste them. Kirinomori Daifuku use maccha powder made from green tea "新宮茶". That's the reason why they cannot make it much more.
You can take a bath at their hot spring facility. In summer season, rather cooler than the other area in Shikoku. During winter season, it will be sometimes snow.

霧の森はすぐに入手できないお取り寄せお菓子「霧の森大福」で有名です．松山市の松山城下ロープウェイ街の霧の森大福のお店では霧の森大福は午前中で売り切れてしまうことがほとんどです．しかし，ここを訪れるとおそらく食べることができるでしょう．霧の森大福は新宮茶の抹茶をふんだんに使っています．だからこそ，たくさん作れないのです．

ここでは温泉もあります．夏場は四国の他の地域よりも涼しく高原の散歩をたのしめるでしょう．冬場はこのあたりも雪がふるので，相応の対応が必要でしょう(高速高知道新宮ICをおりたらすぐです)．
