Geocache Description:

Westchester County is working with the Rivertowns to create a walking path along the Hudson River.  Currently, only small segments exist.  This is one of them.

Horan's Landing is in memory of John Horan.  John was born and raised here in North Tarrytown.  He enlisted in the army with his best friend, Chick in 1940.  They were both stationed at Hickham Field in Pearl Harbor in 1941.  John was killed in the attack.

The cache is a nano. So, you may very well need tweezers.

There is public parking specifically for Horan's Landing on River St.
