The Food Pot Luck
We are leaving this open, so it will be a true pot luck, what ever we get is what we will have to share. We will be providing BROASTED CHICKEN, plates, silverware, cups and coffee. We have a kitchen this year so anyone wanting to bring slow cookers full of great food, we have a place for them.
New Caches
There will be new caches placed for this event. Due to the number of caches that We are planning on putting out We will not guarantee that there will not be a micro or two this year. All new caches will be based on "GAMES"
We will be drawing for the "First to Find" on each of them at 9:00 AM. After a little caching, everyone will return to the Hall and we will have a Pot Luck Dinner at 1:30 PM. But do not forget to go to the flash mob event at 1 PM before coming back over to Da Games
Door Prizes
There will be door prizes drawings at the main event. Please no donation for door prizes.
Da Game
The idea behind this event is that we would like everyone to get into the game, no matter what the game it is that you like to enjoy playing or watching. It can be Football, baseball, basketball, hockey, golf, bowling, soccer or any other game that I have left off. Come out and support the team by wearing that teams jersey, hat or that ever it is that you have. And of course the game that we all have in common is... let me hear it... you got it... of course it is GEOCACHING so if you do not have another sport that you like you always can wear that Geocaching shirt.
Also as much as we hear and say that geocaching is NOT about the numbers, this will show you how much we all, yes you also. We all seem to have something that we count while caching. And with the challenge caches popping up we have to do a few number crunching to qualify.
