I found my first cache exactly 1 year ago today. That's 366 or 6*61 days ago.
I'm torn on the difficulty of this one. Some people will solve it in seconds others will never try to solve it because the math is over their heads. Should it be a 1.5 stars or 5 stars? I think it will average closer to a 4, so that's what I'll pick.
The prime reason I like caching is the puzzles. I like to sit at home and solve them after a long day at work. Every once in a while there is a true math puzzle, and I like those the best. I know most people don't like them, so I seldom see straight math puzzles. This is the one I always wanted to see posted. So I'll let you mathematics and engineering whizzes take a shot at this one.
Assume N32 & W097
The north minutes can be found in the root at 2116
The decimals are tangent to the 12.657 pies next to it.
You will naturally find the west minutes in the log at 442413.392
There is a sign that says the final digits can gradually be found at 9.4568
Happy hunting!
