We wanted to place a cache on this side of I-95.  This is a very busy place with truckers and buses always coming in and out.  Stealth may be needed, but you will probably get it so quickly no one will even notice you.

Expirenced cachers will see this one quickly.  Newbies may be stumped for a few minutes.  Did the light come on yet?  BYOP.
