I like to jog around downtown Jacksonville and I've noticed a lot of others do, too. I'm adding a few caches in the area that, combined with caches that are already placed, should make for a good reason to get out and jog around downtown Jacksonville. Maybe I'll catch you getting one while I'm out for a jog.
The difficulty is this high due to the stealthness needed to find and retrieve the cache during business hours.
