Welcome to Kid Crazy's 12 Days of Cachemas Winter Challenge.
In order to complete this challenge and be able to log this cache as found you need to find 12 winter caches hidden by 12 different cachers (1 cache per cacher).
D/T is based on finding 12 winter caches. Actual D/T is 2/1.5.
There is lots of parking near the cache.
Please read the description below to find out all the details.
Before you run out and log this cache please read the additional logging requirements needed in order to log this cache as found.
In order to log this cache as found you need to find 12 “available in winter”caches hidden during the winter season (Dec 21 - March 21), that have been hidden by 12 different cachers. (1 cache per cache hider.)
***Past finds count even if they haven't been found during the winter***
1.) Find 12 “available in winter” caches. How do you know a cache is available in winter? It has the attribute “Available in Winter”. Finding a cache in winter that doesn’t have the “available in winter” attribute doesn’t count, it MUST have the attribute.
2.)Make sure those caches have been hidden in the winter season. This means that the cache must have been hidden between December 21st and March 21st (year doesn’t matter). If the cache has the "Available in Winter" attribute but wasn't hidden between Dec 21st and March 21st then you can't use it.
3.) Each of those 12 “Available in Winter” caches must have been hidden by a different cacher.
4.) Either create a bookmark list of all 13 (12 plus this 1) caches and include the dates you found the cache as well as the cache hider.
Or On your “Found it” log include the 12 caches (by GC code) along with the date you found it.
Your list should look something like this:
Dec 25/11 found GC12345 hidden by OneCrazyCacher on Jan 1/03
Mar 20/12 found GC54321 hidden by 1HideJohnny on Feb 29/12
May 17/09 found GC56789 hidden by JeremyIrish on Dec 25/03
Etc.......
Any cache type that meets the requirements can be used.
You can use any cache that has been found in a region that experiences winter during our winter season (Dec 21 - Mar 21).
