Geocache Description:

This is one of ten caches placed for the 2013 Cache Across Maryland.
In celebration of the 10th Annual CAM, we are honoring the first MGS Cache Across Maryland by taking cachers back to the original 2004 CAM locations!

Each location was picked specifically by the original CAM hiders to give cachers a taste of the state and show you its beauty. By combining all ten, you'll be able to see why Maryland is truly "America in Miniature". We hope you enjoy them!

This cache is placed near the original CAM 2004 Cecil County location GCJ1PN
hidden by The Dam Trolls.

You are seeking a traditional hide. Please adhere to all park rules and no night caching!

Fair Hill is a 5,656 acre Natural Resources Management Area. At one time one of the largest private land holdings in the East, Fair Hill was formerly owned by William duPont, Jr., an avid equestrian who acquired the farmland as a means to enjoying riding as well as fox chasing.

The park offers a wide variety of activities including fishing, biking, horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, and Geocaching. Dogs are allowed in the park but must be kept on a lease.

Ol' Bill created many structures out here, barns, animal pens, spring houses, and many old relics that remain unexplained. Near this cache is just one of these items, It's up to you to decide if it is a Dam, or a bridge. No longer used too much, it remains one of the many items from long ago that make these walks in the woods worth the trip.
