One of the first and best known heavy metal songs,"Iron Man" was recorded by Black Sabbath on their 2nd studio album,"Paranoid",and released by Warner Brothers in 1970.The song was originally titled,"Iron Bloke".It was conceived by lead singer Ozzy Osbourne. After hearing the famous guitar riff for the first time,he claimed it sounded like "a big iron bloke walking about".Bassist Geezer Butler wrote the lyrics around the title.Later the title was changed to "Iron Man".Play it LOUD!
