Quick and easy cache for the numbers.

Nice and easy cache just like many others.  4MarkNBethB and I thought this parking lot needed some caches so we decided to put a few.  2.0 difficulty for the muggle traffic, lots of it. Placed on Christmas Eve (the 24th) on pole 24. Replaced after muggling on December 28.
