Magnetic nano. PLEASE REPLACE THE CACHE AS YOU FOUND IT ... THERE IS NO NEED TO JAM IT IN TIGHTLY ANYWHERE!. There were two caches here for a while, and when I went to check on them, neither was in the correct place.
This can be muggle central at any time of the day or night ... sometimes, it can be deserted like it was at 9.30am on December 25th when I hid the cache. It's always an interesting place to visit.
If there are muggles using the facility, you may have to be patient ... very patient, or maybe just very cheeky.
Regarding wheelchair access, the cache might be a little below elbow height. It is in a flat paved area.
Please re-hide the nano exactly as you find it, otherwise difficulty rating will be wrong.
