The Nazgul are condemned to exist only in the Wraith-world. Their lives are stretched out until their very existence is torture. They are invisible except when they wear black robes to give themselves a visible shape. Sauron and anyone who wear the One Ring can see them in their Wraith forms, as pale figures with burning eyes, grey hair, grey and white robes, and silver helms.
You are looking for a bright yellow eclipse tin attached magnetically at the base of the pole. Take care to park on the correct side of the road.
