4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

This is a quick park and grab. There is even a big wall to hide behind so muggles won't see you.

There isn't anything that you might call exciting in Carcoola, however, I grew up here and have fond memories of this simple and innocent country childhood. The current entry has only been here for a few years. The old welcome entry was a series of vertical logs set in a spiral pattern that you could climb on to a height of around 5 - 7 metres! Back then we could do stuff like that without anyone thinking anything of it...let alone thinking it was dangerous for us to be up that high without any form of safety rails or equipment. With age the logs got termite infested and rather run down, so they built the current generic limestone entry walls. The cache you are looking for is a 800ml camo sistema filled with the usual log, pencil, FTF and goodies to swap. Accuracy of coordinates is 10 meters. WELL DONE! FTF goes to landseka.
