A multi-stage puzzle cache that will either challenge or frustrate your powers of observation. Five stages will lead you to the final of an ammo box.
There is no cache at the above listed coordinates. However, a stone structure holds the key to get you started on your hunt.
There are two rows of words on this structure, the top two words correspond to the North coordinates, the bottom two words correspond to the West coordinates. Each letter has a number value assigned to it and the sum of the top row must be added to the last three digits of coordinate: N 41 39.441 and the sum of the bottom row must be added to the last three digits of coordinate: W 072 54. 577. This will lead you to the second stage.
Use the following letter values as a clue: A=2, E=3, I=4, O=6, U=8.
Check sum of both rows equals 157.
Upon cracking the code at Stage 1, be sure to record all information found at each stage. You’ll need it.
Parking can be found at N 41 39.591 W 072 54.632. All stages are within walking distance of parking, although you could potentially drive by each stage. Some stealth maybe required.
