Cache was created for my daughter who just celebrated her 16th birthday.
I used to hang out in this area as a teenager and now my daughter is enjoying this beautiful place, mostly during the Summer. She may even learn to surf here like I did, if she keeps practicing 
We noticed at the time we placed the original cache that there's a bike trail that starts here and there's also what we call a "mini beach" on the other side of the jetty. If you park in the lot and face the jetty/rocks, you'll notice the rocks are not under water like they used to be years ago! Not sure how high the tide gets at night but during the day, there's a very low tide, which exposes a lot more sand - that's why it looks like a "mini" beach. You will most likely find people taking walks or walking their 4-legged friends near the water's edge. Watch the tide though if you decide to venture passed the rocks!!
Small pill/film container with log only so BYOP. PLEASE watch for muggles--this is the 2nd replacement--first one replaced on 8/19/13. It may matter to some of you cachers out there, so we're apologizing ahead of time, but we changed the size of the cache from regular to micro--so there will no longer be a tupperware container of goodies to look through. Thought it best to just go small with log only. We also changed the coordinates a bit so be aware of that also. Thanks and enjoy!
