Hanoosh: I have made two requests for this cache to be maintained and the listing is still disabled. I feel the owner has had sufficient time to carry out the required maintenance, but has failed to do so.

Those of you who are collecting the water tower caches can breathe a sigh of relief as finally this delightful Victorian brick specimen with the copper roof joins the series!  
The cache is a nice simple micro although a certain amount of ingenuity may be required to retrieve it.
Bring your own scribbler, some stealth may be required and please place back as found, thank you.
