retiredprof: In light of geocaching's recent changes to the publishing rules, I am archiving all 150 of my challenge caches. I am a retired psychology professor, not a computer programmer. I am simply unable to comply with the new geochecker rules. I am sad that I have to do this. For those who have already begun any of my challenge caches, please note that you can still log archived caches. If you have any problems with this decision, please contact the geocaching authorities so that your suggestions may be considered.

Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden along the Feather River about six miles south of Yuba City. Park at the coordinates given below and hike about one-half mile south along the levee. Be sure to carry your TOTT, and take note of the logging requirements below.

Several years ago a brewery advertized that "it's the water!" that made their beer so good. That may or may not have been true, but it is true for this hide. Your task is to find 22 caches with the word "water" in the title, each cache to start with a different letter of the alphabet. Plurals are okay, but no compound words or locationless caches...and only one cache from a series. List your requisite cache-finds as shown below. Be sure to include six different types (icons) of caches in your qualifying list. And, I hope you see some wildlife as you hike along the river...
