Geocache Description:


 

GREENWOOD COUNTY OVERLOOK

This cache is located just west of Piedmont, KS, along a fun little road that cuts through the the hillside offering nice views of the surrounding countryside. My preference is to turn south off of Hwy 400 (west of Piedmont) onto Davis Rd and then jog over south onto Courtney Road and to the cache. Courtney then turns into Township Road 512 as it runs into Piedmont. The best experience is via this route, approaching the cache from the west. You are looking for an ammo can hidden in the rocks I found along side the road. Enjoy the view, and please take care to re-hide the cache as it was hidden. Thank you.
