Parking to the East of the cache. A nice easy traditionaly to help fill the geo-calendars on the short days of winter....
This is a tough little walk on what was once a rail bed.
First you need to battle your way through a CITO waiting to happen.
Next is a break in the rail bed that has been there longer than I have been caching. I will never forget trying to get near where this cache is now positioned for one of RH's old caches.... This 'hole' in the rail bed was thick with water and I made it without a wet boot - but not without some quick thinking and luck!
For this reason, I have made the terrain higher than I would normally... please let me know if you think the terrain is too high.
Enjoy the nature - I saw wild turkeys and lots of deer and coyote prints when I was out here!
