Geocache Description:

Everyone loves to party! I planted this cache during the Christmas holidays when many people are planning parties.

High muggle area, please use stealth. Can be done anytime however later in the evening is probably a better time. You will need to bring your long arms with you on this cache! Have fun and party rock! Im labelling this as a 1.5 for terrain only because of the height.
