Thalad Park

The Thalad Park or Somdet Phra Sri Nakharin '84 park is a scenic park in the north of the town. It is a huge park which is split into two areas. In the northern end of the park you can follow the rainbow coloured bridges over and around a lake, while passing scenic areas. This part of the park its even a home to a small zoo., which is perhaps not the most well-stocked as species of animals are concerned, but it's still a fun pleasure to watch those and a visit worth. Next to the zoo you can find also a separated bird park.

Thalad Park, Nakhon Si Thammarat

The southern end of the park has also a lake but instead of coloured bridges you can find huge statues scattered around the place. It's also home to the City museum which is worth visiting.
