Windgate in the Distance Traditional Cache

This is nice little spot where you can see Windgate Farms in the distance.
There is more than one trail leading to the peninsula. There is a nice side trail not far from the main trailhead. This trail allows you to get off the main crushed gravel trail quickly. This way you are only on the main crushed gravel trail for less than 200m, or alternatively, you can walk up the main trail right to the lake and take the side trail by the lake. The cache is a small jar with plastic top totally camo taped. Bring a writing device to sign the log.
