Geocache Description:

Frequent flyers can find all the coolest caches!

I had an idea – a series in honour of all of the airports that I’ve flown through.  Some I’ve been to many a time and feel just like my home town, others I’ve just (literally) run through once and barely even seen.  One thing is for sure – the list is already long, and with all the work trips I am always taking the series may be never-ending lol.

Those who don't fly often may not know this, but you really can't get to many places direct from here.  Most journeys begin with a hop to a bigger hub, and then on to the destination.  YVR (Vancouver) was the hub-hop for my first flight off of the continent many years ago, and continues to be a frequent stop on my way to Asia.  It is a shiny new airport, nicely decorated and a great spot for all of the first-time visitors to Canada to arrive.  And, for geocachers - if you have a couple of hours layover you can find a few hides within a nice leg-stretching distance of the terminals.  That is the farthest I have ever gone from this airport lol, to get a few BC finds.

Container does have room for normal sized trades or trackables.

YVR – I'm sorry I don't visit for longer, I'm sure we could have lots of fun …
