Span`s Edge Traditional Cache
blaktyger: I hate to say it, but intrusive caching destroyed this one. We can't park in driveways and expect the residents to put up with it. I thought we were supposed to be stealthy.

A walking tour of my neighbourhood in Niagara Falls
I have wanted to lay some caches into this section of Niagara Falls since I moved in last spring, but things got away from me until lately. It`s a very interesting neighbourhood - some beautiful homes, some dumps, the River Rd., very old buildings, and some areas I wouldn`t suggest hanging around in at night. There are a few caches already here, so I would suggest parking your car and taking a stroll. There is a walkway that follows an old railroad track, and, in summer, at least, lots of shade trees.
The spot was once the site of a bridge crossing. If you look down the road, you can see others - the areas has changed a lot over the years. This could be a tricky one for muggles - there are houses very close by and little cover in the non-foliage months. Do not go past the railed area! There can be trash around - I took a bunch out with me, but it seems to collect quite rapidly.
