Geocache Description:

I came up with an idea for a series of computer themed caches. This is the third in the series. The concept came from a discussion with Dr. C and the plans she had for assignments for her students. This cache is not the original idea but I thought some folks may like some practice before hitting some of the other caches!

The cache is not at the posted coordinates and you do not need to go there.  However, some like to go there! Do you know binary bitwise-AND?

0 AND 0 = 0
1 AND 0 = 0
0 AND 1 = 0
1 AND 1 = 1

Take the posted clues from Dr. C: BCD and  Dr. C: NOT, and bitwise-AND them together. Convert the result to BCD. Add 173 to the first three digits and add 592 to the second group of three digits.  This gives you the decimal northing and westing.  Replace the decimal portion of the posted coordinated with the new values.
