The cache is at the listed coordinates,
but you will need to complete the challenge before you can log a find.
The challenge you must meet is simple. To log this cache, the sum of the elevations of your ten lowest cache finds must be less than 500 feet. Only finds count, cache placements do not. For example, here is Arizona Ranger Team's list of qualifying cache finds:

So that begs the question: "How do I determine the elevations of my cache finds to see if I qualify?" The output above is from the popular GSAK caching statistics macro, "FindStatGen3". That is the easiest and the preferred method. We cannot give you a lesson in the use of this tool, so you will have to figure out how to do this on your own, or get help from another cacher that is familiar with the tool.
There may be other methods, or manual methods, but whatever method you use, your log should either include a list of your qualifying cache finds, or point us to where we can see the info (such as your public Geocaching.com profile, for example).
Since Arizona's lowest elevation is somewhere around 70 feet, this Challenge would be impossible to accomplish if only Arizona caches were required. Therefore, caches from anyplace will be allowed. A cache's elevation shall be considered as the elevation of the cache's published coordinates. So even if a puzzle or multi cache ultimately takes you to a different place, the relevant elevation is for the published coordinates.
There is no point in either 1) posting a note with your list of qualifying finds if you have not gone to the cache; or 2) going to the cache and signing in, with the hope that someday you might qualify. Please only go to the cache and log online AFTER you have qualified and are visiting to claim a righteous and qualified find!
Notes for any other purpose, such as telling us what a cool challenge this is, or that you are jazzed to accept the challenge, or whatever, are welcomed!
You know what would be fun, is to see qualifying cachers with a total elevation less than 0 feet!. This can be accomplished by making a cache run either to the Salton Sea area or to Death Valley (or to the Dead Sea in Israel
).
