In honor of the movie "The Hobbit" coming out recently, as well as the book of which we are big fans, we are placing this Hobbit Cache. As the title implies, it is silver, which is highly prized by the dwarves in the story. This is the first of a Hobbit series of caches we hope to place in the near future.
The cache is a silver bison tube located in a wooded area of the city. This area may look familiar to some, as we had a cache in this area in the past, but that one was an ammo can that kept getting muggled. We decided to use a smaller cache this time in hopes that muggles would leave it alone. There is an access road, so you can drive right up close to the cache. The road is not always plowed though, so you may have a short walk to get up into the area during the winter months. As it is a bison tube, please BYOP to sign the log and you may need tweezers just in case. We hope you enjoy! Congrats LCSM on the FTF. Plodding Porcine..you were so close!!
