This cache is to mark the spot where our friend Al parked his motor home in the Bouse Wash.  We'd had a good rain during the Quartzite Ham Fest. We invited Al to come stay at our place after the Ham Fest and gave him the coordinates.  Everything was fine until the GPS told him to turn on Yellowbird towards 72.  Normally this would be the correct way to go but it was closed because the wash had been running.  So off down La Posa Al went following his GPS.  He was talking to our nephew Gary over the radio and when I heard where he was I shouted to Gary to have him stop.  Well, there was a long pause of silence over the radio, and then we heard "too late"  We went out with two pickups and lots of chain and managed to pull him out of the wash.  By the time we got him out it was dark.  Of course, his head lights decided to stop working. So off we go back towards Bouse, rig in front for head lights and one in back for tail lights.  We passed one sheriffs car in down town Bouse, but I'm sure he just shook head thinking he didn't want to deal with the paperwork on this one:)  We made it safe, another great adventure behind us.
