The Garden of Five Senses is a beautifully landscaped park that is located in South Delhi by the Said-Ul-Azaib Village, nearby Mehrauli Archaeological Park and Qutub Minar. It consists of well-maintained gardens and walkways that showcase over 200 different species of flora. The park spans over 20 acres and comprises of several areas such as a Mughal style formal garden, an amphitheater, tree museum and Qutub viewing area. Throughout the park you will come across unique sculptures and/or structures made by local artists. There are also a few restaurants located inside the park.
The Cache:
The cache is a magnetised small Altoids container (small mint tin) that is hidden inside the park and is not too far from the entrance. Please BYOP. There is an entrance fee of 20 rupees per adult and 10 rupees per child. The park is open all seven days of the week – during winter (October to March) from 09:00-18:00 and during summer (April to September) from 09:00-19:00.
Take a walk around the park and marvel in its beauty and serenity – something very rare in Delhi!
