It is end of 2012 .... and .... this is the end of the line. 

This once was a very busy thru-street.  Many years ago there was a crash at this intersection.  The town blocked the road and created this odd dead end. 
You won't have trouble searching high and low for this cache; it should be a quick park and grab. Bring you own pen/pencil
