One of Kenora’s most famous landmarks, Husky the Muskie, overlooks the waterfront, year round. Built in 1967 as part of Canada's centennial celebrations, this 40 ft / 12 m tall structure stands peacefully in McLoed Park. The Statue was designed by Jules Horvath and Bob Selway.
This is Husky The Muskie's 3rd cache now. Thanx to Moonsocket & Starlis for their attempt at this location which lasted 2 years with 113 finds. As they have opened up this location for a new hide I have taken the opportunity. I have placed my cache in a new location not far from theirs. Hoping mine will not get muggled for a while at least.
This area is super high muggle zone during the summer months so please use your stealth mode to the maximum. Container is a black bison tube. BYOP. Please watch your footing and replace the cache carefully.
