Geocache Description:

A rehide of the original The Eighth Hole.  Container is plastic Ovaltine bin.

Congrats to TallyGirl and JuniP35 for FTF; followed closely by RottenBird; 37 mintues after publishing!!!

This is a rehide of a container I unexpectedly found at GZ after The Eighth Hole was archived and I was retrieving the remnants of the last container and logsheet (soggy as it was). I was not the cache owner of The Eighth Hole but was trying to maintain it over the years and decided it would be easier to maintain if I was the owner. Original owner could not be contacted and seems to be out of the game. Enjoy this rehide! UPDATE--After two containers went missing, I decided to move this away from the homes and closer to parking. This is now a larger cache that will hold small toys.

According to the original geocache description the location was supposed to be near the 8th hole of a little known frisbee golf course off of Buck Lake Road. Such frisbee golf course does not exist anymore, hence the new name. It still a nice little green area that is maintained by the Fish and Wildlife Commission so do some birdwatching while you are out there.

Please enjoy the rest of this bird wildlife and stormwater management area .

If you haven't already, you may want to find my "Path to Alford" and bullock48's "Tallahassee East Goose Creek", which are also in the same area.
