After finding this nice parking lot and rose garden, I knew it was ready to bring cachers here...and a cache is the best way. So, Blue Kitty hopped in and started the action. She wanted to go to the fair, but alas, there is a long wait to get there. She will wait here for you to find her.
Seeing a dearth of caches in the East Kennewick area, I put this cache out to start remedying that. I found the container and thought it would be great for this use, so Blue Kitty was born as a cache.
There is room in this cache for small TBs or Coins.
This is a small, under-used city park, with its own small parkng lot and rose garden. You could park there or across the street in the large lot there.
Avoid finding this cache during the Benton-Franklin Fair and Rodeo week, or when other big events are held at the fairgrounds. The cache is available, but it may be a very high muggle area and limited (or no, or costly) parking. Also watch for the local teens who congregate in the center to avoid the cache disappearing.
