Geocache Description:

Many people go to the Roanoke Armory to Dance!! Whether it is for tango or square dancing!! In the past they even had Disco's there.

Unfortunately due to proximity to another cache, this was as close as we could get. Enjoy your walk. But at least there are no briars.

Have you ever wondered when the 12 days of Christmas actually start and end? I have! Here is the story. The Twelve Days of Christmas are the festive days beginning Christmas Day (25 December). This period is also known as Christmastide and Twelvetide. The Twelfth Night of Christmas is always on the evening of 5 January.
***
TRIVIA QUESTION: What is special about the Twelfth night?
***
Day 9, 2 January: Octave day of St. Stephen or the feast day of St. Basil the Great and St. Gregory Nazianzen. In England, the Lichfield Martyrs are also celebrated on this day.
