Team PSJ Kids: We have decided to archive this cache. The location was a nice clean one when we scouted this area out and placed it a week later but since that time, the winds have blown so much trash and other garbage across the parking lot and into that corner that it now resembles a trash dump.
PSJDad approached the Wal-Mart customer service counter and inquired about having a small 2 hour CITO in that area and was told that we could not do it due to insurance liability reasons and that the area is cleaned out twice a year by a contractor. Thank you to all who have made an effort to hunt this one down.
