Windmill Hill Cutting.
The cache is not at these coordinates but you will find a plaque to get some info from.
If you turn off the highway at the tourist sign at S31 34.495 E116 31.031 then turn right and
park at S31 34.431 E116 30.877 you will find a path to the plaque and viewing platform.
If your lucky you may see a train go through the cutting.
Read the plaque and gather the info to find the cache at

The cache is a small screw top container about 250mt from the parking area. Walk or drive.
