A Travel Bug / Geocoin Hostel - not quite as big or smart as a hotel but in a nice park in Hassocks.
The cache is placed in Adastra park in Hassocks. It should be a quick find although the park is frequented by doggles and their muggle owners. There is a carpark about 50 metres West of the cache which is an ideal place to park.
Having recently moved north of the downs to Hassocks i hope this will be the first of many new caches I place in the area.
A little more about the park
Adastra park is a large area to the east of Hassocks. There are a number of football pitches, a cricket pitch, a bowles club and 2 play parks for children. The 'grown up' childrens playpark includes a skate ramp and is close to this cache. The smaller childrens playpark is the other side of the cricket pitch to the north of the cache. This has a couple of slides, swings, round-a-bout, rocket, climbing frame and benches for weary parents to sit on. Ideal cache for all the family.
