Geocache Description:

First in our "adjective" series of 2013. This series is designed to take cachers on a tour of every day life in Bluffton. The cache name will refer to its location in town and to the character of the cache itself.

This cache is located at our county building where we go once a year to pay our taxes. It was here the idea for the series was born. This cache may be considered evil, quite taxing in fact, by some. Try it without the hint to start....makes it more fun that way. The county building is either muggle-filled or completely empty....but cache location should give relative obscurity. And if you'd like to go ahead and pay our taxes for the year, feel free!

****NOTE ON ACCESSING CACHE CONTAINER****
This is a pretty clever container [if I don't say so myself *hitches up pants like Barney Fife*] but it is VERY simple to access. The container itself is stationary, meaning it does not move. The lid is controlled by gravity and will move at the slightest touch in the right direction. Get my drift? In other words, WHEN YOU FINALLY SPOT THE CACHE, PLEASE CONTAIN YOUR GLEE AND ABSOLUTE JOY AT DISCOVERY AND REFRAIN FROM GRABBING, PULLING, TWISTING, YANKING OR TUGGING ON THE CONTAINER! Take a deep breath. Do some chest-bumping or hi-fiving with your compadres and gently access the cache within.
