Special Notes about the 2013 Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with certitude. All "point" scoring is arbitrary, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and probably completely meaningless (unless you just want to be announced sooner at the celebration party, and even that might not happen in the right order). The real challenge is just to see whether you can solve all of these caches by the end of the year. To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.

Special Notes about this month's puzzle: The puzzle is late because the first two hiding spots were rejected by a Reviewer as being too close to other caches. Hopefully this morning's spot will work. I was able to park for free at N 37 09.795 W 121 38.178, but you may pay to find a closer spot or you may even find free spots closer with some research (be careful of No Parking areas, however). Park hours are posted as 8am to Dusk. Cache is initially stocked with a KPC2013 Thimble and the teamajk Travel Bug (from ithacadoodle) that we decided at the Wedding Banquet would go into this January cache. There are various other toys and another TB as well. The cache location isn't really in theme, but we can't have everything...
